In keeping with county regulations and to preserve the quiet atmosphere for our guests, we limit each cabin to double occupancy. To insure each guest's enjoyment of the property, we do not book groups (more than two cabins), reunions, or wedding parties, but we are happy to recommend other inns in the area that may accommodate you.

- Minimum stays vary by season from two to five nights. Please telephone 970-468-9445 or send an e-mail to WesternSkies@WildBlue.net for specifics.
- Check-in time is between 4:00 and 6:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. In-between these hours, we are preparing for your arrival. Late arrivals may be accommodated by prior arrangement.
- Maximum occupancy of two people (counting all heads) per cabin.
- Children 12 and over welcome.
- Smoking may be enjoyed in the great outdoors.
- Sorry, no pets
- Due to our high alpine location, a four wheel drive vehicle is recommended in winter. We are hoping for a big snow year!
- A 50% deposit (excluding tax) payable by Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express is taken at the time the reservation is made to hold the rental cabin of your choice.
- If notice of cancellation is made within 14 days or more to arrival date, then the deposit is refunded less an administrative fee of $25.
- If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, you are held financially responsible for all nights reserved. Refunds are based on the number of nights which are re-rented, less an administrative fee of $25.
